Seems like yesterday I was sound out goodbye to my fellow teachers and heading off for a summertime of gardening and traveling , spending time with my fellowship and supporter . But , alas , I have already had one week of in - service and nine days from today a new set of ( hopefully ) smiling brass will grace my classroom .

I am super excited but a scrap worried about my schedule . Not because I am passing jam-packed but because last year I got so caught up in commandment and working on the next matter that unless my students were cooking ( I teach home economics ) , I either ate a goober butter and jelly or not at all . I recognize this is not healthy . Sandwiches

Sandwiches are staple of the lunch dieting in many people ’s minds and , believe me , I am not give chase the peanut butter and jelly .
